This policy applies to personal information BuiltWise processes in providing its service. For any privacy question or request, contact us at trybuiltwise@gmail.com.

• Business information — your business name, industry, address, and phone number.
• Contact information — your email address.
• Payment information — processed by our payment processor. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Chatbot conversation data — messages exchanged between your site visitors and your AI assistant, and the leads it captures.
• Generated content — the website and chatbot content we create and operate for you.

We use personal information only to provide and support the service, including to:

• Build, operate, and maintain your website and chatbot.
• Capture leads and notify you when one arrives.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Communicate with you about your account and the service.

We do not sell your personal information, or your customers’ personal information.

We share personal information only with trusted service providers (processors) who process it on our behalf and solely for the purposes described above:

• Stripe — payment processing (card details go to Stripe, never to us).
• Resend — sending transactional and lead-alert email.
• Vercel — website and application hosting (Canada, ca-central-1).
• Supabase — database and authentication (Canada, ca-central-1).

Your site, database, and files are hosted in a Canadian region (ca-central-1). Certain providers, such as our payment processor, may process limited information outside Canada as part of delivering their service.

We retain personal information for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We delete information on request, except where we are required to retain certain records.

Under PIPEDA, you may:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent or ask how your information is handled.

When you sign in to your dashboard, we use essential cookies to keep you securely authenticated. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
