Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how setup fees, subscriptions, and cancellations work at BuiltWise, so you know exactly what to expect before you purchase.
Setup fees
One-time setup fees are non-refundable. We begin building your website and training your chatbot as soon as you purchase, so that work is completed up front. If your plan has no setup fee, this section does not apply to you.
Subscriptions and cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard (“Manage billing”).
- Cancellation stops all future charges immediately — you will not be billed again.
- You retain access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. Fees for the current period are not refunded.
How to cancel
Open your dashboard and select Manage billing to cancel through our payment processor, or email us at trybuiltwise@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, contact us at trybuiltwise@gmail.com and we will review it promptly and make it right.
